Behaviors to Embrace

If we intend to develop and support the kind of physical and virtual environments that serve our patrons well, we have to encourage certain behaviors:

  • innovation

  • collaboration

  • continuing education

  • risk-taking

  • cross-training

  • appreciation for both front-line and behind the scenes public service

  • awareness of trends

  • constant assessment

In the spirit of all of the behaviors listed above, UCSC's University Library participated in the Learning 2.0 program this past summer.
